Terms and Conditions of Use

I. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the rules for using the Meetingday App (hereinafter, the “App”), which can be downloaded from the domain www.meetingday.es. Downloading or using the App grants the status of User to the individual doing so and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this document, as well as those found in the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of said website. Users should read these conditions each time they use the App, as they may be subject to future modifications.

II. Only Users expressly authorized by CASTLE BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. are allowed to download and use the App. Users who are not authorized will not be able to access its content.

III. Charges: You are responsible for paying all costs or expenses incurred as a result of downloading and using the App provided by CASTLE BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L., including any network or roaming charges from your carrier. Please check with your service provider for details.

IV. Anonymous Statistics: CASTLE BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. reserves the right to track your activity within the App and report it to our third-party statistical service providers. All such tracking will be done anonymously.

V. Protection of Your Personal Information: We want to help you take all necessary steps to protect your privacy and personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. and the privacy notices of the App to understand what types of information we collect and the measures we take to protect your personal data.

VI. It is strictly prohibited to alter or modify any part of the App or its contents, to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with (or attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with) security features or other features of the software, or to use the App or its contents for commercial or advertising purposes. The use of the App to damage the property, rights, or interests of CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. or third parties is also prohibited. Likewise, any use that alters, harms, or disables the networks, servers, equipment, products, or computer programs of CASTLE BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. or third parties is strictly forbidden.

VII. The App and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, content, graphic design, source code, etc.), as well as trademarks and other distinctive signs, are the property of CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. or third parties. By merely using the App, the User does not acquire any rights over them. The User must refrain from:

A. Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to third parties, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the App or its contents, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. or the rights holder.

B. Reproducing or copying the App or its contents for private use, or publicly communicating or making them available to third parties when such acts involve reproduction.

C. Extracting or reusing all or a substantial part of the contents of the App.

VIII. Subject to the conditions established in the previous section, CASTLE BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. grants the User a non-exclusive, free, personal-use license for the App, valid within the national territory and for an indefinite period. This license is also granted under the same terms with respect to updates and improvements made to the application. Such usage licenses may be revoked unilaterally by CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. at any time by simply notifying the User.

IX. It is the User’s responsibility to have appropriate tools for the detection and removal of malicious software or any other harmful computer elements. CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. is not responsible for any damage caused to computer equipment during the use of the App. Likewise, CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. shall not be liable for damages suffered by Users that originate from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that interrupt the service.

X. IMPORTANT: We may, without any obligation to you, modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. If you continue to use the application after any such modifications have been made, such continued use will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use or agree to be bound by them, you must not use the application or download or use any related software. Your use of the application is at your sole risk. We are not liable for the deletion, failure to store, or failure to transmit any content or other information maintained or transmitted by the application. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information or advice transmitted through the application. We may, at any time, restrict or terminate your use at our sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any related loss or damage.

XI. The User agrees to use the App properly, in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions of Use, and any other applicable regulations or instructions.
The User shall be liable to CASTLE & BAS DESARROLLOS TECNOLÓGICOS S.L. and to third parties for any damages that may result from the breach of these obligations.

XII. These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed entirely by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute related to their interpretation or application, the User expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain).
